Welcome to George Long Elementary School

George Long Elementary School supports the Kindergarteners through 5th graders of the Grass Lake Community Schools District. The elementary building also houses the Little Warriors Pre-School and Daycare, which can be reached at 517-522-5650. Our school was extensively renovated and a new wing was added on in 2007. We enjoy large rooms, modern audio-visual equipment, and a cooperative staff committed to helping all of our students to succeed. Our instructional hours are 7:50 AM-3:11 PM. Call us if you are interested in a tour of our building. We would love to see you! CLICK HERE TO ENROLL AT GEORGE LONG ELEMENTARY SCHOOL.

Eastern Michigan University Supports STEM Education
Mr. Arbuckle's STEM students got a cool lesson in 3D printing from Eastern Michigan University Art Professor Jason Ferguson father of 3rd grader Beckett. Mr. Ferguson taught the students how the printers worked and some of the cool designs he has done. We appreciate the time Mr. Ferguson took to share with our students.
